A mere three days ago, I sat down and agonized over whether to purchase a Pentax kr or a Nikon. After comparing the two brands' images and concluding that they were essentially identical, I opted for the latter and haven't been sorry about my decision. I figured out the controls; once again, every detail was considered. This is the first camera I've owned with a dedicated SLR lens. Friends attempted to dissuade me, saying things like "why do you need to carry it?" or "why don't you just take it with a standard zoom, compact, or smartphone?" but I ultimately decided that I wanted to take my time and appreciate the photo for what it was. What's most crucial is settling on a purpose. To everyone's success! nice shots!
