I waited about 6 weeks after purchase to write this review. I am very impressed with this bag. I wanted a red (red-red, not orange-red) leather bag. But I didn't want a huge bag. I wanted a bag that could hold my usual handbag items and a ball of yarn. I love to crochet and would like to have a ball of yarn and a crochet hook with me for a pot holder or baby hat. First of all, this bag is lightweight compared to other leather bags. I usually carry a bracelet/wallet (7.75" x 4" x 0.5"), phone, tablet, hairbrush, 2 ink sticks, 2.5 oz lotion, 2-3 lip products, protein bars, cones (my diabetic husband), painkillers, keys, inhaler, hair products, emergency kit (safety pins, button, thread, bobby pins, etc.), ball of yarn, crochet hook, and a 20 ounce bottle of water or coke. Everything fits perfectly. Two zippered pockets inside and one outside. Also two open top pockets inside (perfect place for my phone and inhaler).The color is pleasant, the outside is tactile and soft, the inside is a nice firm medium brown, the straps are well stitched and comfortable on the shoulder. Until now ( 6 weeks of use since purchase) I am very happy with the camper If I used other colors I would buy other colors but I only carry a red bag - helps me keep up with the larger bag.
