I received my GPi CASE a few days ago and the packaging was very wrinkled. But it's just a box. When you open it, everything seems fine. I assembled it but I only have 3 screws to attach the plastic case which I think causes the following problems. I downloaded Retropie and installed the patches. I also ported some roms since I'm using an RPi Zero (no W). There doesn't seem to be an easy way to safely shut down the RPi Zero since there is no network connection. So I put the SD card in the slot and booted up. It loaded but Retropie didn't see the controls. I checked the page and the support just says to reconnect the USB. I've tried repeating it literally 20 times and it never worked! I also tried installing Recalbox with the same results. I even tried another RPi Zero that I borrowed from a friend. Same results. I really like this product but I may have to return it as it doesn't work.
