I like how easy it is to use, but also how accurate it is with its results. It's very thorough in terms of reporting data breaches and notifying customers if they have been affected. The only thing I dislike about this tool is the fact there are so many different types of notifications (email vs text message). Sometimes users will receive multiple emails when just one notification should be enough. Make sure your team has training on using this software - otherwise, things can get confusing at times. We're solving our customer privacy management issues through this platform.
