I specifically wanted to write a review because I saw someone say that the lights wouldn't turn off when they tried changing the batteries. After running this thing for a few months it started dimming so I changed the batteries and it works great. If you actually change the batteries correctly, I don't understand why it doesn't turn off. The light is very bright and lasted a while before I had to change batteries. My room is always very dark, so high brightness helps a lot. The flexibility of the plastic is good as I can direct the light where I want it when attached to my book. It's so bright I sometimes use it as a flashlight when I'm looking for something lol.
