work with my iMac running OS 10.13.6, High Sierra. I could find *nothing* on the Brothers help/troubleshooting pages to resolve this issue and emailing tech support didn't help. (That's why they only get 1 star.) What finally fixed it for me was that I stumbled across a Mac forum where people were complaining about scanning problems with various AIOs and one person found that they never work without disabling the default setting. ON" IPv6 protocol setting under Wifi/TCP/IP. (Finding this setup was another adventure but I finally managed it. All in all it took me about 2 hours to get the scanner up and running.) The setup The wireless connection and printer was a breeze and worked straight away. It was the scan that gave me a headache. I'm very happy now that everything is working. I RECOMMEND Brother sharing this information with clear instructions on how to access the settings via the Adding the scanner's touchscreen to the scanner troubleshooting section would save me a lot of time and nerves!
