Great teether if you want to watch your baby choke several times

Did the baby like it? Yes. It is save? Not as much. Yes, the baby may not be able to swallow it all, but our little one has twice managed to get it down her throat so far and she doesn't know how to pull it out again that she started gagging. And I'm not talking about vomiting, total suffocation. Goes in the trash. Your playtime is 100% controlled and I still don't want this thing after it happened twice right in front of me. I'm surprised at how many rave reviews there are that no one else has had this problem.
