Great phone with two small flaws
This is a simple solution to the problem of limited space and the need to only have a QD headset and a number pad for the phone. Neither batteries nor a power supply unit are required for operation. This is the main bonus. This unit has two problems. First, you cannot turn off the ringer. There is a loud and a not very loud setting. Second, when you mute someone, they don't mute. The caller may hear noises when you mute and unmute the caller.
