This pillow has helped me with my back pain. I like to use it for its intended purpose and sometimes just to put my legs or one leg up when sleeping. It was a good investment. The only thing I would have liked was an extra cotton pillowcase that fits perfectly under the pillow, so I could wash the pillowcase every two weeks instead of now. I worry about wearing the original case and washing it every three days, and if there is an extra case, I can extend the life of the original case myself. Great job but please make an extra cover for this pillow as an accessory. The extra pillowcase makes the pillow very cool when using cotton.
