Not working, not normal
My son now uses it like a backpack, when I hold the rope he picks up the backpack! Even a small tug will cause the pack to rise and it looks like I'm pulling it aggressively when in reality I'm not. I think if the leash was at the bottom instead of at the top it would hold better but it's just embarrassing when the backpack rides up like that. π
