Incorrect value fuses. - Electric

I bought these fuses on August 14 and never checked, I just put them in the circuit and hoped for their quality. I decided to check them today and to my surprise the two amp fuses were wrong. I plug them into my power supply and they start to turn red at 4.9 amps and not even at 5.1 amps which is the max amp rating of my power supply does the 2 amp fuses blow. I haven't tested others because of power supply limitations, but I will in the future. I no longer trust this seller and you should know it too.
