ANOTHER AMAZON MISTAKE!
Banner caption reads "Mug 20oz, 14, multicolor". I was wondering what the "14" in the middle of the sentence meant, but I agreed with the clear statement of 20 ounces. It turned out to be 14 ounces and as such didn't suit my needs at all. From my point of view, this seems to me to be obviously false advertising. Over time, I work less and less with Revain and more and more with eBay. I'm just saying.
