Review on ๐ŸŽฏ Optimized Perfect Shot for Wii (Colors May Vary) by Joseph Morris

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great peripheral for light weapon games.

When it comes to the Wii, some of my favorite games are games with realistic peripherals (namely, guns and tools). The perfect shot is big enough to fit in a Wii Mote and adds a light weapon feel to shooting games. The Wii Remote slides into the rail and is held in place by an orange ring at the front that lifts up. The nun-chuck port is skipped for games that require it. The plastic body is lightweight, which is nice because the remotes are quite heavy - I can use them for hours without tiring my hands. The trigger is spring-loaded (so has a decent action) and interfaces nicely with the "B" trigger button on the remote. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because of slightly poor construction or quality. Control. They generally work very well and I have had no problems when the remotes are installed correctly. I have four of these and at least one has minor issues with the track. Sometimes it can be difficult to reinsert the remote control and properly connect it to the pass-through port. When this happens I have to play with it for a few minutes to get it in place. All in all I am very satisfied with my purchases. I've used them for the past three years with no problems. If I ever break one, I would like to order a replacement.

Pros
  • Pass-through accessory port allows for simultaneous use of the Perfect Shot and a nunchaku or other accessory.
Cons
  • Little Stuff
