I like that it's easy to get started with the tool, as well as how simple it can be for someone who has no previous experience in managing change management records or configuration of software products. The only problem i have had while using this platform was finding other users online at any given time (other than when they're hosting their own events). If you want something to really help your organization effectively manage its changes/configurations then go ahead! We used oneCmdb initially because we wanted a centralized place where all our system configurations were stored. This allowed us greater visibility into what needed changing across different systems within the IT department, but also helped create some continuity between all these disparate pieces of technology. It made sense to keep everything together in just 1 database instead of having several scattered about - which would make tracking down info so much easier if there.
