My cats eat this brand but have never eaten beef or offal. One of my cats had severe, smelly diarrhea from eating. It got better somewhere in the middle of the street. I think it's too oily for his sensitive stomach. They usually eat six fish and slimming style. Fishy was easy on his stomach from the start.
