The boxes look good but the size is a bit deceptive. Although they are 10" tall on the outside, the inside measures about 9 ½" with the floor installed. The standard file folder is 9 ½ inches, so the files don't hang very well on the sides. Also, the sides are pretty thin so the file holders just fall into the box. Support on the sides is needed and I think one option is to put something around the edge to add height and make it strong. Do these people really test the product before putting it up for sale? I'll leave them for safekeeping but am looking for another brand of boxes that actually keep as folders with files.
