I love this bag! I needed a work bag big enough to hold all my shit and also something with thicker handles so my shoulder wouldn't hurt. She is so cute and even comes with a cute silk tie. The only thing I don't like about this bag is that the front zipper sometimes gets stuck when closing. I then have to hold the other end of the bag to make the zipper move when I close it. I don't have this problem when opening a package, only when closing it. For this reason I took off a star because it takes me too long to close this part.
