🌟Additional update: the seller contacted me to apologize for accidentally sending a bad mirror. They offered to send a replacement, I agreed and after a few days I had a new mirror. Surely the original I got might just be bad because while the new one's battery doesn't last for days it's definitely a big difference and it seems a notch or two brighter. Even when I crank it up to full blast, the new one gets a little brighter. My husband recut his hair and the poor guy took a couple of hours and I would say it didn't fade for a full two hours. Okay, maybe not two full hours. But he trims his beard, mustache and so on. I used it the next morning and it was still nice and vibrant. I've only had the new one for two days, actually today, and I'm happy to change my rating back to four stars. Four stars instead of the original five stars I had because the seller made me feel like they really care that I get a bad light in the mirror and not a bad review. But what a hassle to see the battery life wasn't good. Imagine you gave such a bad gift and the recipient is too kind to tell you? In any case, we have the illuminated mirror we originally hoped for and I'm happy with it again. If the battery lasts less than a few days I will definitely come back and let you know. Bye. Until my husband and I started arguing, accusing each other of leaving it on and draining the battery regularly, almost daily. 🤦🏻‍♀️…. Turns out the battery life sucks. I knew it wouldn't work for hours a day for a month, but does it need to be charged after every ten minutes of use? nope Not for $60! Price in US dollars as of mid-September 2021. I'm so glad I didn't pay full price for this or I'd be pissed as hell. The fact that I received this in exchange for an honest review doesn't gloss over my issues with it, and I will not lie or exaggerate any claims in my reviews. The mirror sucks and it's useless if I have to hold a lamp or flashlight to my face like I'm telling scary stories. 😒 I am no longer impressed with this mirror, poor lighting and cheap battery. Very important note: Don't use this mirror to look in your existing mirror, use your existing mirror to look in. This will illuminate the back of your head so you can see it. If you're using this mirror to see the back of your head in a mirror you already have, the light, soft blinds will cloud your view and make that mirror useless. Use this by turning your back on that mirror, standing in it and looking in from your old mirror. It's a great mirror that you can use to color your own roots, especially makeup!, add extensions, shape your eyebrows, and cut your hair. is now child's play. The mirror is big! Each panel is slightly larger than your average brown clipboard I think. The hanger is strong and sturdy and the light is adjustable. Perfect for any spearmen or beauty master.
