We tried three different Apple Pencil cases and this one was the best of them all. The silicone is smooth and comfortable in the grip area of the pencil and continues up to the flattened rolling sides. The top cover is easy to remove for charging and we added a plastic tether to the top that also attaches to our iPad case so my kid doesn't lose it, which he often uses for online school. You can leave the pen cap on to add some friction while writing, or remove it to use the original nib. In order not to lose the tiny adapter, the adapter holder is also extremely useful. While I'm not sure I'll be leaving it plugged into the charging cable, the tether adds a bit of protection to the adapter and makes it easier to see where we keep our tech accessories. We ordered the Mint Green color and it looks even better than on screen. Almost Tiffany blue. It fully met our needs at a very affordable price.
