This is the best cell phone idea since sliced bread. I just put my phone on the dashboard. Viola! I use my phone to navigate with Google Maps or Waze. So I placed the magnet holder in the perfect spot on the dashboard where it's high enough for a quick look but not too high to be seen through the windshield. My only issue with installing it is that there aren't really any flat surfaces in a convenient location. So I used an extra small strip of mounting tape at the top and bottom next to the full strip of mounting tape to provide as much contact as possible to accommodate the flex of the dash. It sticks to the dashboard and of course the magnet sticks perfectly to the phone. I've only had it for a week so I can't confirm long term use. So far everything is working as expected.
