I bought this to supplement two very active teenagers who jump from workout to workout and don't always have time to eat/snack well. It's definitely a much better choice than the energy bars you usually consume. This is a great energy boost made from simple and pure ingredients, which was important to me. One child loves the banana mix, the other the original taste, which is slightly reminiscent of almond milk. I tried it and I liked it too. As for food drinks, this one is really delicious with no added sugar or other artificial additives. I blend a batch in the blender and keep it in the fridge in little bottles to go, it tastes better cold too.
