My wallet had a big scratch on the skin that was covered by something but wasn't well covered. This was my second attempt to buy a handbag online, the first had two scratches on the leather. I asked in chat if the wallets were new and undamaged before spending that much money. I have been assured that their products are new, unused and undamaged. Very disappointed in dishonesty.
