Just want to say the seller was HAPPY this death trap didn't hurt or kill my chinchilla. I followed the instructions exactly when unpacking, but it's not that much. After a day or two I come home from work and the chin comes loose from the part that is screwed between the wires of the cage. This thing could have fallen on him! The seller was lucky not to have to pay medical/funeral expenses. So I found that whoever assembled this product never fully tightened the nut. That's why it fell apart. Of course I fixed it and made it 10 times better and stronger. But I shouldn't have seen how much I paid for this poorly assembled item!
