It does exactly what you think it does. It's small, keeps the controller safe and secure, and is pretty good protection. Love it and my only gripe is that it can be difficult to get the strap around the controller when it has thumbsticks. Personally, I would have preferred a similarly sized velcro strap as it would be a lot easier to secure your controller. The design is also nice because it is easy to recognize. Pros: - Small - Protective - High quality - Cable pouch - Arrived next day Cons: - Straps unnecessarily difficult to attach
