I received these shoes (for my son) today. He is 14 months old and they fit perfectly (I bought the size 12-18 months even though the bag says 12 months). Not sure if they will fit him when he is 18 months but there is a bit of space now so I hope they will. Inside. The bottom of the shoe is rubber so I definitely wouldn't wear it in cold weather, it's also quite soft so I'm not sure how it will feel when walking on small rocks outside or if it's something extra under the children's clothes there.
