I never liked disposable nursing pads, I was always hot and itchy. Reusable cloth pads are good, I still use them, mostly in the beginning when milk leakage is most likely due to higher pressure 😁. They are a bit chunky and can be seen through thinner bras. LilyPadz are good and "most of the time" they actually STOP the leak. They stick to your skin and you can't see them through your bra. You can even wear them all without a bra as they snap into place. My first set lasted two baby feeds before I lost them. 🤦♀️. At this point they weren't that sticky anymore, but I felt they worked well enough. This is my second time buying LilyPadz brand soap. Before that I used regular liquid soap. Would it have helped them stick longer if I had used their soap from the start? Not sure. On VERY HOT days they can sweat and be a bit smelly (BO). but after they are cleared you can leave again. 😊
