Benefits: Provides good protection for the iPad in corners and back. Cons: The handle barely works as a stand. The buttons of the iPad are slightly covered. I bought it for my kid's iPad. Its previous case was faux leather and started tearing and tearing. The rubber foam seems quite durable so far and offers good protection against accidental drops. Please note that there is no screen cover. The worst is the stand. The handle isn't big enough so that when you fold it up as a stand, the iPad just falls under its own weight. I always have to support it with another object. The key access cutouts also cover the keys somewhat, requiring you to insert your fingers into the cutouts a bit.
