I bought these sheets in light grey. It's the perfect shade, like light gray. Some shades of gray may look green, brown, or magenta, but this tile set doesn't. I have to say that these sheets are a bit thin and you can see the dark stitching through them (most mattresses are white so that shouldn't be a problem). T-shirt and jersey material is not always thick, so it is normal for these sheets. I don't feel any modal or linen in it. I'm not an expert on fabrics, but they feel like stretchy cotton. They are very soft and comfortable. I sleep well and these sheets don't bother me. I feel like I can use them in the summer. I have two dogs that constantly jump on my bed (their claws can be pretty sharp) and these sheets hold up really well! Hair doesn't stick to it. I've washed them about 4 times and they still look new. No shrinking or stretching. When placed on my king mattress, they do not stretch or loosen over time. They lie perfectly on my mattress without slipping around corners. I think I really liked these sheets and would order more. I'm a snob and spend a lot of time comparing prices and reading reviews. I have Modal, Bamboo, Egyptian, Linen, Percale and these are just as good! My boyfriend complains when it comes to bedding and he loves them. I forgot what the labels on the sheets say, so I'll go back and add that info another time. If you can get these sheets for less than $50 I say go for it! That's a great thing!
