When I received this raincoat and took it out of the box I was very excited. It is very large and would completely cover my hammock. Rope tensioners eliminate the need to tie knots and speed up rain cover installation. I put the tarp in my yard to try out before camping/hiking this coming weekend and the main seam ripped while tightening it. To say I was upset is an understatement. I returned to the house and immediately contacted the company. Your customer service was top notch. I took a photo of the torn area as proof, but I didn't ask any questions. Instead, a replacement was sent immediately, which I received two days later. I'll test it in the field this weekend and write a more full review. So far I am very satisfied with this company.
