quiet enough for a meeting.

I work in a freestanding office and it has air conditioning, but when it's 11-0 degrees in Arizona, a gentle breeze cools you almost 10 degrees, as do the fans above our bed. This small Martdevil 3-speed USB desktop fan is also very portable and is considered a personal velcro desktop fan, a 360° adjustable dual mini fan that is very quiet, so you can leave it running and on can hold meetings.
