Seems to help with computers and accessories
They are lightweight and definitely help. They're less comfortable than my sunglasses, but not overly uncomfortable. The lenses appear yellow to other people, and it is very noticeable that blue light reflects off them. My eyes burned and watered after staring at a dual screen computer for hours, and that seems to help a bit. When I take them off after a while my screen looks scary purple until my eyes get used to it.
