Review on Simplicity 8155: Craft Your Own Teddy Bear with Accessories and Clothes Sewing Pattern by Heather Shaw

sample received in excellent condition. I was able to assemble everything EXCEPT the 11th element. The instructions aren't clear at all and the picture doesn't help. I've searched the web for instructions and a tutorial on how to add part 11, but haven't found anything on this. This is very frustrating. Almost ready to create a completely different leg pattern and use that instead. If anyone would like to guide me in using this part I would be eternally grateful. I'm trying to get it right so I can make memorial bears for some friends who lost loved ones. The bear pattern I use
