Disappointed can't even begin to describe it. Let's start with the only good thing, the cover. We went with the plain brown cover. It appears to be a nice tight weave that doesn't snag. We were so hoping for that. We waited over 48 hours for the foam to expand. 1) "Memory Foam" is 4 inches, NOT 6 inches. 2) These are (2) poorly glued pieces of styrofoam that were already falling apart when I opened the waterproof case. 3) I was kneeling on the bed with only one leg and could feel the floor with my kneecap and I'm a petite person. How can this comfort a dog with arthritis? Now the question is how do I send it back as it is no longer sealed.
