Review on 💡 SmartDealsPro E14 E12 Halogen Converter Adapter: Efficient and Reliable Lighting Solution by Jeffery Pricinoc

It's well made and has a rubber finish on the edge but I found it misleading that the adapter is longer than the E14 bulb base. This may not be a problem if you have enough space for the bulb, such as in gas lamps or vertical bulbs in chandeliers, but in my type of chandelier the bulb points straight out, in a horizontal position. So adding the 1/3 inch length to my candelabra bulb meant the bulb was actively leaning on the chandelier's metal supports, which is a problem as the bulbs get quite hot in use. Constant hot heat source on things = bad things will happen. Nowhere in the description is it mentioned that it increases the height and the image shown on the page is misleading as the rubber part is much thicker. I'm returning my set and am getting bronze/gold colored adapters - a little cheaper as it doesn't have edge insulation, but I've been using adapters like this for a number of years and never had a problem.
