I like that it's metal and love the red color. It keeps my phone in place and doesn't loosen my grip on long rides. Unfortunately, the special hex security key needed to install it on my steering wheel was missing. That's why I gave 4 stars. I really don't see the need for such a screw on a fairly cheap phone holder. I ended up cutting the B-pillar down the middle of the screw to fit a regular Allen wrench just enough to remove it and replacing it with a Phillips head screw with the same thread type. I also installed this on the inner end of my grip. Even with spacers, the steering wheel could not be tightened.
