Although it may just be my specific C1660W, the black cartridge didn't stay in place and wouldn't allow the printer door to close completely. In the photos you can see the black original cartridge on the left and the replacement cartridge on the right, which is missing two small tabs. I understand that other people have used duct tape to hold the cartridge in place, which I may do if I can't find a replacement cartridge that will stay in place.
