Review on Large Compression 🦶 Ankle Sleeve for Plantar Fasciitis by Jayshawn Cuatlayol

This is a set of compression ankle bracelets. There are no markings on the fiber but it feels like a mix of polyester, nylon and spandex. Anklets open from the middle of the foot to the front. They have extra compression around the back of the heel. They are several inches above the ankle. I love the fabric these anklets are made of. It lies comfortably on the skin and provides good compression in places. i am a small woman I measured the circumference around the ankle and it is 8.5 inches. I tried the average size of these anklets which should fit an 8.6-9.8 inch ankle. It was a bit difficult to put the anklets on my feet because they were tight. But then again, the bracelets dangled pretty loosely on my ankles. So they weren't tight enough there. I wore anklets under my socks around the house for several hours. They were quite comfortable but I didn't notice any difference with my plantar fasciitis pain. Overall, these anklets are comfortable, but adjusting them can be a challenge.
