This was my first rechargeable shaver. I liked the close shave and was not disappointed with the product at all. I charged the shaver overnight to take with me on vacation. When I was on vacation I grabbed it to use and it had a 0 charge. I was confused because I remember seeing a 100% charge when I was packing it. In short, from now on, no matter how long I charged the shaver, it said it was 100% charged, but as soon as I unplugged it, the charge was enough for 5 minutes of shaving. After using my shaver for a month straight from charging, I was only able to use it on the mains. Now I feel like it doesn't work properly even when I use it from the mains. :(
