UPDATED REVIEW:After my initial review, the company contacted me and offered to send replacements of both towels. I washed them before using them the first time just like I had with the original towels. This time they held up perfectly! No pulls at all. The replacements have been great and have held up to two more washings so far so I believe they'll be good. Crossing my fingers that they last! I have to say that the customer service was great though so that does help.Original I purchased two of these towels for my little one for bath and pool time. They are so cute and the outside is very soft! But because my little has eczema, I don't use anything on her without washing it first in her free and clear detergent. I'm disappointed that these towels had pulls after the first wash and dry, before we'd even used them once. It doesn't give me a lot of confidence that they'll hold up well over time. Super sad. The faces are cute, but if you want a towel that will last a long time, I don't think these are the best option. I definitely wouldn't purchase them as a gift.
