The best thing about this product was that it gave me all of my emails in one place so I could easily find them when needed! It also helped keep track of what had been sent to which person or recipient with ease as well since everything would be organized by date/time. And finally because there were no ads at any time while using their program (no pop ups) they made money off you without even asking if you wanted anything like that included into your subscription package. Their customer service has not always answered questions quickly enough nor have some responses seemed right from them either. They seem more interested in collecting data than actually helping people out. Make sure before purchasing that this works exactly how you want it too work first otherwise its just going waste space on our computer hard drives until we delete something else accidentally. We use mail merge functionality within Word documents where sometimes attachments are added automatically but then can't edit those files afterwards due to permission issues.
