Update: The company is offering $20 to remove my original 3-star review. Now they have offered $30 and $50 is the maximum they are willing to accept. I still refused and they continue to harass me. I tried to include a picture of the email they sent but that was not allowed. Original: Upon arrival, the shelves looked and felt pretty cheap. We bought white shelves. The wood is very light and has a slight bend. The white color wasn't what we expected but looks ok. The instructions are poorly done. The position of the support in the instructions is in the wrong place for the long end. If I were this company, I would hire someone to completely overhaul the instructions for optimal shelf weight support and the best/easiest way to properly align the shelves. I would be a little confused by these instructions if I were them. Imagine a manual with a surefire way to install shelving with a pair of hands that's so well written you'd trust your teenage daughter to install it herself. Trust me it's possible and it won't cost much. Overall, the shelves looked pretty good after installation. We quickly realized that our walls weren't at a perfect 90 degree angle. Even with a gap at one end, they look good.
