My son got this watch for Christmas from his grandma and this is the 2nd time we are having to replace it. The first time when we got it, not only was the battery dead, but one of the hands were off and could not be fixed. Just received the second replacement, and it again does not work. Everything is intact, but the battery does not work. This is the second one in a row we have received that is not working, I would caution to buying from this company has several people are saying the same thing when it arrives the battery is not working.
