A solid email management software for managing all aspects of emailing, including webmail

The support team is very responsive to requests we have made via chat or phone as well any issues that occur with our emails being filtered by their filters when sending through the service - they are usually able handle this situation quickly! They do offer additional services such DLP protection etc but I haven't needed those features yet which would be nice if you're looking at using them solely in terms fo SPAM/POP reduction (which was what i originally signed up.) We use it primarily just simply outbound only so far not much experience there really although some improvements could help us solve problems quicker once an issue arises rather than having multiple people try different things over several days /weeks before resolving anything.- Email management- Faster response times because customer feedback has been received faster I like that it has an in-built auto responder feature to help with engagement campaigns (which is what we use most). The customer support team are really helpful when there's issues - but sometimes you have to wait quite some time before they pick up! We've been using this software since 2015 so not much new about it now as far as features go. Still good though! It makes managing our emails easy by automatically syncing them across multiple platforms.

  • The in built autoresponder feature is pretty good and easy to use.I'm also impressed with how quickly the customer support team respond when required

  • Some of the filters it has can be restrictive so sometimes emails don't pass through when they should have
