2020 MacBook Pro 16-inch Overview Good - I LOVE that the bottom is flush with the bottom of the laptop. No marks on the wrist! Very convenient. Snaps perfectly into the front end of the floor. Bad - the back of the bottom doesn't click at all. It often slips forward and I have to be careful how I take it. The back left corner also falls off when I pick it up. Ugly - I was planning on getting the "leather" for the top anyway, but since the bottom doesn't snap tightly I figured it was worth the wait. I noticed that imprints appear on the black surface of the upper. Wipe them off, but it's almost like some oils have seeped out, leaving white marks. I've only had this product for a few weeks. I want to love it and might not notice the "ugliness" just buying the leather, but the lack of sealing on the back of the bottom half makes me look for another. one with a flush case that leaves no marks on your wrists. If something is so good in one respect, it "fails" much worse in the other.
