I like that you can set how long it takes to receive an e-mail after opening, which is helpful when sending out reminders! You cannot send text messages with this feature; if there are any additional features such as SMS Texting or call forwarding they would be great additions too!! This service has helped me in reminding people of important appointments/events throughout my day without having them see multiple notifications at once (via social media) about their missed appointment OR event notification via phone calls from other sources.
