I really like them. I was very skeptical as to how well they would work and also keep food fresh. They are very easy to clean and hold up well. We use ours to keep our block cheese fresh and yes, it stays fresh a lot longer than in anything we've ever tasted. We have an order for more as we make our own cheese and need a few more.
