This case looks good and I love the concept of the strap so I bought it because my 7 year old with nonverbal autism uses an iPad as a communication device and should have it with him him always her. It also comes with 2 fronts, one with and one without the plastic screen protector. It would be nice if the product could be used (the problem described below occurred on these two fronts). That's the only good thing I can say about him. It arrived yesterday and took too long to assemble despite instructions and a link to a video in the instructions. it just didn't want to get together and stay together. Most of these cases have a hard plastic front and back that snaps together over the iPad and then slides a silicone bumper over it. In this case it is not. The front plastic piece snaps onto both the rear plastic piece and the silicone bumper, but doesn't stay locked in place. I can't let my kid walk around with this product and I have to worry about the front popping out and the iPad falling out AND wasting $400.00. I have already ordered an Otter case to replace this one which does not have the strap we really need for this and I am disappointed that this case cannot be used as it is so much nicer and cheaper than the ones available black otter cases.
