When I opened the box it was sent in it was clear that the camera's packaging had been opened before it was accepted that it was a camera that someone then returned . It doesn't break the deal though, so I'll go ahead and open it. I connect the camera and the power light comes on. However, after several attempts with multiple devices, the wifi function didn't work because none of my devices could see the wifi signal. Also, there was no windshield mount included in the kit. I suspect they didn't check if everything was returned or if it even works and just shipped it as is. After the recent demise of my previous generic DVR and now this one, I've decided to just spend a little more and get a quality camera from a reputable retailer.
