This handheld massager is quite simply my savior. The pain in my wrist became unbearable and I must say that this situation has plagued me for many years. I found my fingertips getting worse and worried that this would affect the rest of my life. I used it as soon as I received it. The first time I used it for 10 minutes, it was very helpful to me. It was like a sphygmomanometer strapped to my arm through an airbag, using air compression to massage my sore spots. To be honest I was initially very stubborn, very strong and possibly uncomfortable. When the pressure is released, my hands immediately relax. I love this feeling so much! The device has 3 modes and 3 intensities. It is very convenient to use. You can also choose to heat or not by turning the heat button on or off! My wrist doesn't hurt as much as it used to and I insist on using it every day. I love this machine and have recommended it to people who have the same hand pain as me.
