So, a little about my situation. 3 family house 3 1/2 bathrooms and 3 kitchens. The curb wrench is fully open and the pipe from the street to the house is 3/4β. The problem is that when you turn on a faucet, the water pressure drops when something else is on. It's in the same apartment. Multiply that by 3 and that's the real problem. I have a pump and the water pressure in my shower has increased. It's the same with my tenants. However, when my sink is on the heater pressure drops and when my kitchen sink and sink are on the shower runs. This too is in a square. I have yet to figure out when I'll be showering with the tenants, as well as running the dishwasher and laundry. Even the plumber ran an inch line from the pump to the water heater - no cubes. In short, it's powerful enough to pump water through the system, but doesn't support multiple devices at the same time and not for multiple tenants. Buy a larger pump if you have more than one family home.
